Poor quality!

Used a couple of times. The bottom completely came off! It seems like the bottom and the rest of the pot are two separate pieces that were poorly fired in the kiln. Unbelievable! Poor quality. Surprised to see this happen with Le Creuset. Can’t trust the brand name anymore.

Great product - we love ours!

I have had it for almost 2 years now, received as a gift and I love it, makes great coffee, i love that it is ceramic and easy to clean. However, it does not keep my coffee as warm as my old glass press but I'm a mom so I'm accustomed to warming up my coffee after I let it sit out for over an hour!

Love my French Press.....just use the recommended amount of coffee and give it 4 minutes and slowly depress the plunger..... BEAUTIFUL CUPPA
