So far, this Dutch oven has been the perfect size for a small-sized bird and making huge pots of soup on rainy days. I keep chicken and fish meat frozen, and found that it’s as efficient as my Instant Pot in quickly melting/defrosting them as I start to cook my other ingredients to save time. I bought the copper knobs to match my copper kitchen appliances and pots, and it perfectly matches everything!
