Received the wrong item.

I ordered this and when my delivery came, it was bed sheets in my order instead of the Dutch oven. The customer service offered ZERO help. They said “we will send you a label to return the items” and then proceeded to tell me my item was no longer in stock so they offered a refund. When I asked how did the item I ordered go missing and I was now unable to get it at all, they simply said “We can offer you a refund.” No research on if my item could possibly be in the warehouse, or if I could get an alternative color, nothing. This was my first and last purchase from Macys online ever again. Very disappointing.

Not great!

The 5.5 qt Le Creuset Dutch Oven pot I purchased looks 2nd quality with a fair bit of flaws. The rim has light spots with some enamel overspray, small unlevel pit on outside and a little pin head white dot are all areas that are not perfect. Expected better for this Store and this brand.
