Delivery limitations

Express delivery is unreliable. Macy's 30 min window to change or cancel an order is problematic - they change delivery date after the window is closed!

Good product, horrible customer service

Nothing wrong with the product…the customer service is horrible. Ordered two, they shipped only one. Calls and Chat with customer service: chat is a bot, customer service is overseas with poor English, could hardly understand them and clearly they are reading a script for issues. Had to call them twice to rectify after I was told it was taken care of. Then, I get an email contradicting everything the overseas reps told me and going against my instruction to still ship the second one (they issued a refund instead). This is not the first time we have had issues with Macy’s, so we are done with them.

I love the sale! With my star dollars I saved big!

Outstanding Dutch oven! I did order the peches which really pink and not a peach color. I probably should have ordered the white, but I collect all the colors so I’ll just add it to my palate of colors!

Arrived Damaged

This is a very very heavy Dutch Oven. Mine arrived with a small skinned mark on the bottom but I decided to keep it and see. I have other Le Creuset pieces and they work well. Gave a 3 stars as when it is full don't know if a small person could handle it.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER

I never received my full order , Macys opened an “investigation” and despite multiple phone calls they still cannot update me on when they will ship a replacement. BUYER BEWARE
