Received damaged clearance item

I bought this and paid full price. It came in a beat up box completel torn open with a Macys clearance price sticker and scratches on the pot. Be warned they may chip you a new in good condition product even when paying full price.

Horrible Packing and Shipping

Macy's sent a used item that was not in the original packaging. The box it was placed in was not adequate and was crushed. leaving the pot scratched. And there was a sticker indicating this was not a new item but rather a return.

Fabulous Conductivity!

My daughter love them! She has several pieces from Le Creuset and she started giving me coffee cups, 6.5 l pot, and a big oval piece for oven. I was so happy with them that I started to buy more sizes. I love their versatility and colors!

The product image is incorrect

I ordered the Le Creuset White Pumpkin thinking it would have a silver stem like the image but it actually has a gold stem. I asked for a replacement, they told me they would send me the correct item this time. But once again, it was incorrect. Now, I'm having trouble communicating with customer service. Please update the photo on our website so more people don't go through this hassle...

This Dutch Oven is a classic piece of cookware

I already had a 5 qt Le Creuset dutch oven that I purchased 20 years ago. It still looks & cooks amazingly. I have been making a lot of stews & soups & needed a slightly larger pot to contain the liquid. This pot fits my needs & cooks like a dream. It is a bit heavy but the sturdy integrated handles make it easy to move around. I fully expect that it will last longer than I will. I told my daughter it's part of her inheritance!

So heavy

This Dutch oven is so heavy, wide and 7.25 QT is too much for two in a household. I had to return it and buy 5.5 QT Dutch oven and much happier with it even though I wish I ordered even 4.5. This 7.25 Dutch oven is easy to clean and cooks amazing - all of their products. Even heat and amazing meals. Easy to clean too. My big issue w this 7.25 is super heavy that I had hand pain for entire day. Don’t bother if you have any neck issues or hands issues. For me isn’t worth it to deal w that and try to wash and hold this heavy Dutch oven. Having 5.5QT is perfect to even make a bread in it and also having braiser w a lid.
