Delivered one item less

Ordered 2 items of this ring from Le Vian. Only one item came with the delivery box. And the ring was not even chocolate diamonds. How do you return this? Why do we have this stressful problem when we pay whatever the price is?

Ring Diamond color

Very disappointed, tried on the ring in person at the store, it had chocolate diamonds! However it was shipped with regular/ clear diamonds rather than the chocolate diamonds we ordered. This was suppose to be my fiancés wedding band!

Don’t bother

Ordered the chocolate and got clear diamonds. I tried to get the correct one but for some reason I couldn’t get it . Returned it immediately
