Extremely Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of three Le Vian pieces from Macy’s. Two arrived in generic boxes and the most expensive came in a ziplock bag. Only one included a certificate of authenticity. For fine jewelry at this price point, proper packaging and certificates should be standard. I contacted customer service and was transferred five times with no resolution. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional quite insulting—especially for such expensive items. Macy’s needs to do better.
