We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that the piece did not meet your expectations. However, please note that all natural emeralds do have many inclusions (tiny mineral growths, cracks, fissures) that make them appear cloudy or veiled. levian

Beautiful

It is absolutely beautiful — the picture doesn’t do justice to the actual product. My only disappointment was the packaging. It did not come in an original Le Vian box, not even a proper chain box; instead, it arrived in a regular box, and the chain was extremely tangled. The originality certificate was also missing. This is not my first time purchasing Le Vian products from Macy’s, but it is the first time I’ve received one packed so poorly.
