Great piece, poor execution

I was waiting for the piece to go on discount to get it. It looks amazing, but it is very hard to open the lock when one wants to wear it or take off, especially if you have nails. Someone wrote before me that the clasp is flimsy. That exactly right. Oh, and Macy’s did not bother to send it in Le Vian original box or at least Macy’s velvet case, they send in the cheapest cartoon box. Way to go Macy’s!!!
