Poor conditions in store experience

The kid's department in Macy's at king's plaza is atrocious and very unorganized and badly kept you should be ashamed of this please do better it was a very unpleasant experience and also you do not ship certain items to Brooklyn which is so wrong for good customers sorry you ask and I will be truthful, just unacceptable to me thanks.

Disappointed

I ordered this as a Santa Claus gift and I received confirmation that the item would arrive on Christmas Eve. I waited on the 24th, no item. I received an email on the 26th that this item would not be received until 1/7/25. Disappointed. I called to cancel the item because I live a hour away from the nearest Macy's store. I was not notified that this item was not available or on backorder. To tell a child that they will receive the gift, then, an email notifying that the gift will arrive to me until the 13th is unacceptable. Since the item had not shipped, I was not allowed to cancel.A customer should be notified within 30 minutes if an item is unavailable. Santa Claus did not handle this well. It not the item, it how Macy's handled communication Disappointed 😞
