BEWARE
This is not a low ticket item so if you invest in it you expect it to work long term and if not to have support from the company. I purchased it on the previous black Friday sale for my daughter. It was used less than a handful of times then packed away for a move. We unpacked it recently (original packaging) & it is dead! It will not charge or light up at all. I am trying to contact the manufacturer but from previous comments, I’m not feeling hopeful. So, from my experience I did not find this product did what it said it would do and definitely is not quality that you can depend on.

Great investment
I love love this LED Mask one because is easy to use and also is a great way for therapeutic time for me. I’ve started with the 2 minutes and incrementally increasing the time. The only light Im going to stay away is the purple one as I’ve experienced marks afterwards because is for acne prone skin.

Incredible results for 1 time investment
I don't want to compromise my skin but cannot keep shelling money to seeing my derm so she recommended I buy a light mask and we can stretch out our appointments. I found this mask and after research this is the best covering the colors to meet my needs acne, redness and fine lines. I bought it a year ago and is a part of my night routine before bed. My skin is literally GLOWING. The red also gives me better sleep its so calming. I did have some minor issues and reached out to the company and they sent me a complimentary remote. Bonus the mas is FDA cleared and dermatologist recommended so my research led me to a keeper.
Disappointed in this product
Heads up - this product is confusing to use. Its instructions say the mask should light up while it is being charged, but mine did not. Only the charger lit up. I emailed the Solaris Labs customer service, and nobody ever got back to me (this was three weeks ago). I ended up returning the product and was happy with Macy’s Customer Service for the quick return and refund. Buyer beware. Also, this company does not have a telephone or live chat customer service. You essentially leave a message and wait for someone to get back to you. I don’t think that’s good customer service, especially when their items are very expensive and don’t appear to be approved by dermatologists. Again, buyer beware. Omnilux might be a better way to go.
Do not puchase
I purchased this item and it never shipped. Macys gave me the run around for a week, and I never received it. I spoke with customer service many times.

Absolutely love this mask. I can tell a difference in my skin and it’s so easy to use. Much easier to use than a wand because this tackles your entire face in 10 minutes, rather than applying a wand in sections 10 min each, which can really add up and be a nuisance. Best investment I’ve made in my skincare routine by far. Highly recommend.

Mom loves it
Mom visited me in Portland,OR from Taiwan. We were chatting and she mentioned she was considering LED mask so I googled and this one popped up. Got it at a deal price, mom used it for 3 weeks, 3 times weekly and we all notice her skin glow, and be more firm. I am not considering getting one for myself.
