It's a perfect set for what I needed!. I will use it at Birthday and holiday parties and it will be just fine. The tools are sturdy and work well. I didn't need a fancy set.

Poor customer service

The product was OK, but it is my return experience that has me writing this. Maybe it will get Macy's attention. I started the return in December after receiving it and learning the recipient already got the gift from someone else. I didn't get it to the UPS store until January and received e-mail notification that Macy's (or whoever) received the package on 1/30 or 1/31. Yet, we are now 3 weeks later and I STILL do not have a refund. It was not a lot of money but it was the principle of the matter. I have talked to someone at Macy's twice and either there was a communication problem since nobody in customer service anymore speaks English as their first language, or they were just lying to me that it would be taken care of, but still no credit. I don't know what to do in order to get a credit for this return since Macy's isn't doing anything. It's disappointing because Macy's used to be such a good store. I wonder what governmental regulatory agency covers these kinds of issues.
