Bad quality. Missing diamond.

Poor quality. Missing diamond when I pulled out of the bag!!!! And it comes in a bag. Not a box. Cheap quality.

Cristal turned black

One of the Cristal that surrounds the medal starts turning grey and I can see the next one is starting to do the same , I took it to jewelry department but they “ could just not do anything “ Disappointed :(
