Sturdy and was pretty easy to put together. This set was a plus for me because of the arm rest on the chairs not all bristro chairs have arn rest. Anyway love the table with the wine or ice bucket. I already used this set with my husband for dinner. Love that my daughter n I chat while overlooking our flower garden. I know this will last a very long time. A little pricey but its worth the wonderful feeling of have a nice comfortable bristro.
