Balsam Lane Tray
Tray is beautiful however the tray was not protectively wrapped and arrived broken. Calling for a replacement. I have purchased many other Balsam Lane holiday items and have been very pleased with the quality. 1 star rating due to piece being broken and the hassle of trying to get a replacement
Winter warmth
I gave this as a gift with a collection of tea. My sister loved it. I have purchased Lenox products before and trust that as a US company their product is high quality.

Poor shipping quality
The mugs arrived in a box that was bashed in - the mugs were all in pieces - I am disappointed in the way it was packaged.

Shipping Less Than Desirable
The box with all three (3) dinnerware boxes inside arrived and appeared to be thrown together with plastic bubble wrap. The box containing the bowls and accent plates were broken, this box had damaged corners. Thankfully the contents were fine but how do you give as gifts with broken boxes?

Festive Holiday Mugs
Beautiful and fun for the Holidays, good quality as well. Not as heavy as ceramic, nor as light as china. They have some heft but not too much.
