Not the same color as pictured and not stable

The color is off-white, more dull than pictured. Assembly was hard without any instructions and it is not very stable or sturdy post assembly. Design is nice, but not a good make, so to be returned.

Incomplete Package

I received the box with the plates but not the connecting rod. I did not notice until I was about to use it which was past the 60-day window. So Macys says too bad, there is nothing to be done.

Assembly

The 3 Tiered Sever is beautiful. Assembly was challenging because there were no instructions. Found a tutorial online showing how to assemble. There was a screw, washers (1 large and 2 small) and 6 cushions. The bottom (screw) and top (handle) were obvious but the rest not so much. And after much adjustment was able for it to sit flat on the table.
