Below Lenox Quality Expectations

2 stars - beautiful design, but poor quality. The rubber tips are not securely attached to the wooden handles and keep falling off, making the spatulas unusable.

Placed Order A Month Ago, Still Hasn’t Arrived!

I placed an order on Dec. 4. It still has not arrived. It was supposed to arrive around Dec. 15, which seems like an inordinately long time for something in stock. Then, I received a notice that it wouldn’t arrive at my sister’s until Dec. 22. Now, it says it will arrive on Jan. 2. This is a gift for my 91 year old mother so it would be nice if it arrived sooner rather than later!

the bowls were not in a box but plastic bag for delivery and the delivery person must have thrown it by the side door instead of placing it there. worst delivery ever in 60 years
