Beautiful but all Broken

The set of four dinner plates arrived in an open box, which had minimal protection. The plates were all broken, which is a shame because they were beautiful. The person who boxed them up clearly didn’t do a good job!

I snagged them at an amazing deal

Finally grabbed the French Perle plates I’ve wanted forever, and they’re even prettier in person. Elegant, sturdy, and such a steal at Macy’s. They make every meal look elevated. Totally worth it, I’m obsessed

Changed Manufacturers

Lenox must have changed manufacturers -- I bought this plate set a year ago and love them, and the new lunch/accent plates don't match! They are much flatter and don't work for me. I can tell which is which when they are next to each other, and I can't extend my service from 8 to 12 now.

Love the Dinnerware

I bought this product and received it yesterday. I was very impressed the way all the dishes were securely placed. My husband and I loved the dishes. I'm excited to have a family gathering so I can show them off ;) I highly recommend this Lenox set.

Beautiful but fragile

Beautiful dishes but very fragile and break easy. Ordered from a wedding registry and sent to my house, fortunately. The lennox box was inside a larger Macy’s shipping box and packed with only paper, no bubble wrap. The dinner plate and salad Plates were shattered! I called to have it replaced and explained what happened and asked them to pack it in bubble wrap. They reshipped with proper packing and it was all intact. Same thing happened when my sister ordered the same dishes. Not Lennox’s fault but they are delicate dishes.
