Item not available upon pick-up

I purchased Lenox tree and Nutcracker ornaments on December 12 and chose in-store pickup because we’d be out of town and I’ve had packaging issues with shipped items from Macy’s. I received a pickup notice on December 23, the day we left, but didn’t realize until later that the items had to be picked up by December 30. When I went to the store to pick-up the items on January 2, I was told the items had been returned to inventory. My account confusingly showed one item as returned and one as picked up, even though neither was true. The associate remembered the packages but couldn’t locate them and said they were likely returned. Given the holidays and the limited availability of these items, I expected more flexibility or at least a courtesy call. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled.

Beautiful

Ive had my ornament tree for just under 3 years. I love it! Ive got ornaments for each season and the Mickey Mouse which I display most of the time. Its Lenox quality so you know it is a heirloom quality piece!
