WHAT A MESS, SUCH A SHAME

A DISASTER. WE PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND IT SHOWED UP OVER 8 DAYS AFTER WE ORDERED IT. ONE OF THE 4 WAS IN PIECES. THE PACKING, ONCE AGAIN WAS POOR. THE 4 BOXES WITH THE GLASS DECANTERS WERE THROWN INTO ONE BIG BOX WITH NO PROTECTION. WE WILL BE RETURNING THE WHOLE BOX BACK TO MACY'S. PLEASE GIVE GREAT THOUGH TO THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE PACKING YOUR BREAKABLE MECHANDICE. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED

Mismatched glasses

The set of glasses were different there are 4 glasses out of which 2 were same and the rest two were fixed in from different sets or something and I gifted that set to someone just to realise how foolish it looked !
