XL size runs small and tight, support bones on side hurt my skin. I would not recommend to a meaty figure body.

Support and feeling confident!

Definitely has a good support, but it could be a little higher it will help a lot, also I suggest to air dry it, do not put your brief in the dryer otherwise will not feel confi.
