I didn't realize that the fly was buttons rather than a zipper. It was a quick purchase, and it's my fault. I'd like to see the same jeans with a zipper, but they weren't available.

Not like they use to make em!

These jeans are not like the ones that I am use to. The fabric is not as heavy and they don't shrink as much as previous pairs that I have bought. The are little big even after several washings. I guess tradition doesn't last forever! I have been wearing Levi"s 501 shrink to fit for over sixty-five year.
