Great quality and easy click & collect

I bought this Classic Pocket Tee online and collected it in store, and the whole experience was very smooth. Bad service

I ordered a men's size M jacket and received a women's size L. I was counting on the jacket because I'm traveling this week. I think it would be easier to just say the product isn't available or to check who is assigned to handle these types of orders. Customers don't have time to waste; life goes by very quickly, and we have to keep up with it. Thank you.
