Thin 501 shrink to fit

Levi's have gotten thinner. Compared the new ones and pairs that I have. The new ones are thin. 501 shrink to fit

The quality didn't seem great. A lot of strings in the seams were loose and hanging out. I had to cut them, also the top button had loose strings.
