Broken zipper

This was a gift, but unfortunately it had a broken zipper. Exchange wasn’t an option. Instead, I have to send it back and repurchase a new pair. Very disappointed in that. Will reconsider buying gifts from Macy’s in future.

Runs big

The style is nice and the denim feels decent, but these run bigger than expected. The fit was too loose overall for me. I’d recommend sizing down.

Horrible

Wrong color sent. Ordered 3 pairs of Levi's. Macys canceled one pair & sent a shirt instead of the Levi's & 3 rd pair showed up wrong color! Customer Service is horrible & you cant even get the correct items sent! These were for Christmas presents. Macy's online is horrible!
