Lack of Basic Quality Check

I was really looking forward to this jacket, but unfortunately it arrived with a noticeable white stain on it. It’s disappointing to receive an item that clearly wasn’t inspected before being shipped. There seems to be a lack of quality control, especially for something as simple as checking for visible stains before sending it out. I expected better from Macy’s. I’ll be returning it.
