Wrong Size

I ordered an L/XL the first time it was too big so I returned to the store. Then I ordered an M/L the second time but I received an L/XL again and it wasn’t even sealed in a plastic bag like the first one I ordered and the hat was smashed. Now I have to go back to the store and return it for the second time. Very disappointed.

Nice hat

Love these hats but you must try on first. I found a Macys with many of both sizes. Tried them all on and they were too big for what I thought was a big head.

Not adjustable, runs very big

Ordered a small and its huge. Can't adjust the size. Nice hat though.

Runs large

- 4-stars because this item is a well made, very stylish hat - the S/M size purchased for my husband was too large - dissappointed item had to be returned - Hoping hats will soon be offered in individual sizes of: S, M, L, XL, etc., again; most often the combination sizes: S-M, M-L, etc., don't fit well & are either too small or too large
