Levi's women's high rise stretch skinny jeans

Bought them because I had no other choice. Although the size was good I couldn't find a length that was short enough for my high. I'm 5'6 which I conceder is average size for women and all length were above 32'. Price was good but now I have to spend money in fixing the length. Please can you make them for the average women's size? More 29" length or 30"?
