Macy’s failed customer service
Very upset with Macy’s. I tried to cancel this order. But because I called 2 days after I put order in instead of 24 hours they wouldn’t cancel it tho it hadn’t shipped yet. I’m in New York. The item was then shipped from California. Now I have to return it to store. Macy’s just wasted 2 way shipping costs. Rey poor customer service!

Although I see there is moist air pumping into the room, I am disappointed with the upkeep. You have to clean it every three days--and it needs cleaning every three days!! I actually take it apart every morning and clean it to avoid the mildew that spawns quickly. In Levoit's defense? I'm not using distilled water. I'd need a galloon every day! That's too much.

Easy to use
Great easy to use humidifier, love that I can control from my phone and that it's easy to clean. Runs smooth and quiet! I would recommend this product. It's a must have and we use it almost everyday. Clean it once a week

Durant les 3 premiers mois tout allait bien, Du jour au lendemain, le système ultrasonic a cessé de fonctionner... Depuis, je suis à la recherche de la pièce pour la changer au lieu d en racheter un nouveau...

It's not bad
Does what it says on the tin. Had mine for over a year and it's still going strong. Like all humidifiers I've tried, there are enough nooks and crannies inside that cleaning out the pink stuff is a chore. I pray one day to discover one that is easy to clean. The smart features and app work just fine, but mostly go unused. It is nice to be able to turn of the front screen without getting out of bed though. But mostly I just want to set it and forget it so I always leave it on auto mode at my desired %. Having auto mode paired with a built in humidity sensor is definitely great. If I could just adjust the % from the front of the device instead of an app, this would be 4 stars, and if it was easy to clean, it'd be 5!

As another alternative, purified or filtered water will be slightly better than tap water. This unit also comes with a cleaning brush to help reach those hard-to-reach places in the humidifier.
