Poor and deceitful advertising

I believed I ordered the Quilt SET, when it came in I received only the quilt no shams. I checked the packaging it clearly stated 1quilt 2 shams I took it back, the customer service desk person saw what my problem was and suggested I reorder. I did. When it came NO SHAMS again. Once again I’m back at the store. Spoke with the same person who said it was from the warehouse and they couldn’t do anything but order it again and hoped it would come with the shams or just order a different one. I don’t want a different one and I lose my sale price ! That was the only option they said I had. I asked if they could call , they said they couldn’t help me! Very poor help and extremely poor false advertising.

Beautiful floral reverses to navy gingham

The floral print is beautiful and can be reversed to the navy gingham side. I bought the king size to use as a bedspread on my full size bed. Very pleased with the quilt and matching pillow shams that were purchased separately
