I loved the way the pillows looked online, but they did not look the same in person. They were very flat and cheaply made. I returned the all of them.

Pretty pillows
I bought these pillows because they were featured in the photo of the quilt. They come vacuum sealed like other parts of this set. They do fluff up, but they are not stiff enough to me. They are very, very soft. I will keep them as I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning them. I do like the waffle look and feel.

Substandard Pillow
With a bit more care and attention to detail, this might have been a nice pillow. It arrived scrunched up in a tiny box. Days out of its plastic bag, it is still flat and flaccid. The front of the pillow is okay, but the back is two flaps of cheap lining material that gape open and look awful. There's no zipper.
Beautiful Pillows, Cheap Inserts
The insert in these pillows is rather flimsy and flat, but we like the appearance of the shams and invested in some quality down inserts to replace the pretty much worthless inserts that were included. Happy with the final results, but not very impressed with the pillows as manufactured.
Save your money—Ugly, synthetic, flat pillows
I was surprised that these pillows were so bad. They’re flat, not fluffy. They’re synthetic feeling, and the back has a “flap enclosure,” so only one side can be used. Basically, I didn’t like anything about these pillows, so they are going back! Save your money and look elsewhere. Sometimes a deal just isn’t a deal at all.
