White side fades dramatically

I'm so disappointed in this. I loved it at first but after 1 wash it had dramatically faded but only on the white side. I'll be contacting Macys to see what we can do as I bought all the matching items which is a total waste if I can't use it again

Only red side is soft

Only red side soft. Washed the quilt before putting on our bed and the white side looks worn and isn’t soft at all. It wasn’t soft out of the packaging either. Red side is nice, soft, and the color vibrant. I prefer the white pattern up but it doesn’t look new.
