I bought this sound bar b/c it paired perfectly with the LG 65" Flat screen TV it made for a nice profile in my living room; not bulk and flush mounted to the wall. After maybe 2 years the subwoofer stopped working, it's not connecting to the soudbar, and now the sound on my TV is flat. It actually sounds worse than if I were using the TV's sound, which is the opposite of what I wanted. I've been trying to troubleshoot it hoping that power cycling, etc might bring the sound back but no luck. I clearly should have just gone with a different brand for the soundbar.

Good looking design, poor quality
I bought this a few years ago with a top of the line LG TV. It matched the style and size, giving my living room a clean connected look. I even got the rear speakers from LG. I appreciated the wireless transmitter to simply cables running from the unit. However, after a year, the subwoofer stopped working. I cannot replace just the sub, and it would be insane to replace the entire sound system. The sub is cheap and LG discontinued this entire line because of poor quality.

Subwoofer is dead after three years. Pairs with sound bar, but will not produce any sound. Really nothing else matters--not worth buying if it's not built to last.

Subwoofer broke within the 1st year
Waste of money BTW this speaker is not cheap subwoofer is no good and unavailable to replace so frustrating

Subwoofer broke, no solutions.
Disappointed with the quality of this set. The subwoofer stopped working after 2 years. I cannot replace it with anything, since it is a proprietary system. LG discontinued this set because it was such low quality, and I can't find any solutions. My only choice is to repair the entire soundbar, subwoofer, and rear speakers. No warranty fix, no subs on market to buy, no solutions. ugh.

Do NOT recommend
Connectivity issues from the start. Had to keep turning tv off & on to get the bar to sync to it. 15 months later sound bar does not work anymore. Makes a weird noise & then completely cuts out. It had done this off & on before but now this is all it does. Very disappointed!

Sub fails after 2 years
my sub stopped working after 2 years or so...and i can't get it to work. the sound bar does NOT sound good without the sub. I would not buy this product
