Bulky but good

I think its a great deal for what you get. I got this for building bone, we'll see if it works. If not, I will be a bit stronger at least!

Strengthening

I just received my FlexVest today and I am excited to get started. It's very heavy for me right now but, I will take it easy little by little to strengthen myself to build up my Endurance/Stamina. I will start on my treadmill before I go outside walking. I'm looking forward to seeing my outcome. ❤️?
