One week in, work well

I am using these to help alleviate issues related to leg fatigue, early stage lipedema and lymphedema due to perimenopause. I have only used the 50 mmHg setting at 40 mins each night for a week and have noticed less pain, fatigue and heaviness. Attaching the hoses and deattaching them takes some patience. They do not easily go in or come out without some work which makes sense for moving compressed air and needing a tight fit. It is quieter than I thought it would be, which is nice.

Compression for legs

This has been great for my legs, I was having a lot of muscle spasms in my . Using this has helped tremendously with helping the spasm to slowly go away of I had to drink more water and add magnesium.
