Purchased as a Gift, Opened it and Doesn’t Hold Charge AT ALL

I purchased this as a gift for a loved one for his birthday. When we opened it, we charged it for a little bit and then tried it for the first time. It doesn’t hold a charge! It shut off after a minute or two and indicated that it needed charged…. Very frustrated.

Love it!

Convenient and easy to use. Hoping it helps my thyroid. One recommendation I have is if you can make the power level more readily visible. I have to turn it on then off for it to display the remaining power level. Also, it says it has up to 3 hrs of use on a charge but I only get about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs.
