So Far, So Good

It’s got a lot of levels! I actually like the acupressure thingies on it so it’s kind of massaging your feet. But don’t buy if you have huge feet! I’m a size 10 ladies and my feet are pretty much as wide as the plate. I’m not sure if it truly does anything yet, but I’ve used it 3 out of 4 of the last days and I feel pretty good. I definitely think it’s better if you do exercises while you’re on it, but that’s just me!

So far so good

I've only used it for a few days, but I like it so far. It's a little small for my feet and it hurts to stand on it with bare feet. I'm hoping this helps with circulation and lymphatic drainage. Time will tell.

Loving it!

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks and while I don’t notice a major difference yet, obviously. I feel so much better after, I feel so loose. I use it in the morning and before bed and there’s a perfect way to start my morning and it’s a perfect way end my day.
