Bosu ball

Great quality bosu ball! Can use for many different exercises. I especially like it for stability and balance training for my clients with osteoporosis.

Half stability ball

Love the texture of the ball making it less likely to slip while exercising on. It’s versatile being able to utilize on both sides as well as add arm bands for an extra exercise perk. The stability ball comes in a couple of colors. It’s a great for the product! Highly prefer and recommend LifePro’s products!

I love my balance ball. It's not easy to stay on at first but gets more comfortable with practice. There are quite a few different types of excersices to incorporate into a routine to continue challenging me into the future. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Stay on it

Multi functional
