very noisy Rumblex

I purchased this item through Macys. The Rumblex beeps every few seconds. it sounds like the beeping that comes from a hospital ventilator, It's not supposed to make this noise, it's very uncomfortable. I have sent many email to Rumblex and their happiness specialist. They were supposed to send me a return table so that I can arrange for UPS to come and retrieve, however I'm still waiting for the lable. This rumblex equipment is very heavy. I don't want it. Can you guys come and get your equipment PLEASE? I have been going back and forth with these people since November 2024 now we are in January 2025.....very unhappy customer
