Great addition to workout routine

I’ve been using the Rumblex Pro 4D for a few weeks now, and I really like it. I notice it helps with my balance and I can feel my muscles working in ways they don’t on the ground. It’s become something I look forward to using because it warms me up and gets my body moving. It also helps keep me from getting sore or stiff. On days when I’ve been sitting too long or feel tight after errands or workouts, a few minutes on this machine seems to loosen things up. My muscles feel more relaxed afterward, and I don’t get that “locked up” feeling as easily. I’ve even started using it while stretching, and I think it makes my stretches feel deeper and more effective.
