Flexstride Pedal Exerciser

I am getting ready for a knee replacement so I purchased this pedal exerciser. It is great and perfect for preparing for my surgery! I didn’t want something too strenuous so this is perfect! I can already feel my quads strengthening! It has eight different tension controls so I can build up to the toughest tension at my own pace.
