Vibration plate review

I have used other people’s plate and this one is so good! I love how hard it still shakes while also being easily movable for around the house. It really is so nice and i’m so excited to see results through it.

Cosmo plate

First use stronger than expected for a smaller plate. Only used level 3 out of 10. If you plan to do a workout routine on a plate I'd suggest you buy one that is longer and perhaps wider.

Convenient, Fun, Effective

I’ve used vibration plates at med spas, saunas and they don’t compare to this one’s power. I like the size of this one and the versatility it offers. I can move it from room to room, and store it easily. I feel good with my decision so I can stop paying so much for a membership and jump on this before work for a couple of minutes and still get an effective experience. I’m happy that my HSA fund was able to pay for this as well.
