Good beginner plate!

I wish this was more sturdy or wider based as standing on one leg at a time (At only 155lbs) can cause it to tip. Otherwise it's great.

So far, so good

I have used my vibration plate twice. Already I can feel my body feeling more relaxed. At first the voice commands would not work and it turned on on its own, so we will see.

REGISTRATION EFFORTS

I am enjoying my Vibration plate however, Completing the Registration and Warranty was difficult and took me 30 minutes to figure out out. On line and phone help was not available. I think I have been successful though.
