MOST UNCOMFORTABLE COUCH I EVER SAT ON!!!

The Most UNCOMFORTABLE piece of furniture I had ever sat on. MACYS should not tarnish their reputation by selling this. A bench in the local park is more enjoyable to sit on than this couch. STAY AWAY!!!

So Disappointed

I got this on sale and read the other reviews but didn't think it could be that bad. it is terrible. uncomfortable. narrow and pretty much won't be able to use it at all. I would return it but it was shipped directly from the manufacturer so I would have to pay to ship it back. already listed it on offerup. I could see it might be good for an office waiting room or somewhere where it's not used regularly. . it does look very nice but not cozy or functional.

DO NOT BUY

This was by far the WORST piece of furniture we have ever seen. It arrived damaged (ripped) and the frame and construction was so weak and so poorly made that we suspect it would not have lasted a month. Also bad design in the way that sections are connected with metal brackets so that you cannot separate the pieces without a sharp metal piece being exposed on the side. We opened box and started putting it together, saw the damage, and could not believe that Macy's felt ok about stocking something of such poor quality.

Cheap garbage

Couch arrived with a small hole in the upholstery, no big deal. Materials were cheap and uncomfortable, which sure, no big deal (but not worth the price tag). But the real kicker was that the chaise completely caved in within 24 hours. Garbage, don’t bother.
