Broken after a couple of months

Cute but very fragile! Got as a gift and it broke after a couple of months while moving my arms. Really disappointed

Cheap

Macy’s does carry the cheapest jewelry ever. Bought a bracelet for my husband it broke within a week, and it felt cheap for it to be 14k gold. I thought cause it came from Macy’s I would’ve been good quality, I thought wrong, since then I only buy shoes and perfumes from Macy’s. I would not recommend buying jewelry from Macy’s and the customer service is the worst. But I do love buying shoes from them ☺️

Broke after 30 days!

Horrible quality. Wore daily and took off when showering and at night. Not a solid made piece. Was walking and it just fell off wrist! The gold snapped in half in the middle if the chain. Poorly made and shouldnt break at day 35! Macys return policy wont allow returns after 30 or damaged. $180 down the drain. Will never buy any fine jewelry from Macys again.!!
