Quality Comfortable and luxurious
Bought one for my husband over 1 year ago, and loved so much I bought one for myself. Very comfortable, sizing is great, still looks beautiful after many washingings.

Too large in wrong places
I got the robe. I read it ran large in reviews. So I ordered a large. I wear a medium dress but I wanted an over sized robe. It arrived and the robe felt stiff and scratchy. So large everywhere except wrapping around. It barely met in the front and if I wrapped it tightly it had a little wrap but not much. I was very dissapointed. The only thing that was over sized was the sleeves. The opening of the sleeve went down to my waist. The sleeves went way past my hands. For the price it was a bad purchase for me. Returning.

I ordered two dressing gowns, one for my husband and the other for his boss. The quality is excellent, very pleasant and natural material. Everything fully corresponds to the description and photo in the picture.

Unacceptable Practice
The gift(s) lost their luster when prices were attached. How inappropriate and unprofessional, not to mention embarrassing to me watching the recipient opening their gifts(s). I suppose Macy's doesn't care because I never got a reply to my customer service email informing them.
