Misrepresentation on Website

Macys has sent me the wrong item TWICE! It came with an insignia even though website does not give you that option. Customer service was horrible too! Thanks Macy’s!

wrong initial

I would have rated it a 5 except macys sent me a robe with an initial on it. I wasnt given the option to pick a letter for the robe otherwise i would have picked the letter L. This robe came with the letter F. My name is Laura W. why would I want a robe with an F on it. Otherwise the robe is beautiful. I ordered the dark Gray and it is just as pictured. The quality is good, very heavy weight and hopefully once i wash it, it will shrink a little and not fray.

too heavy..

Too heavy for wearing in the morning, impossible to use after the shower. It isn't soft, on the contrary it is one of the heaviest and stiffest I ever had. Not worth it. Even on sale, too much money for what it is!

A great purchase

I purchased the L/XL gray, and although it is a little oversized for my size, I have no complaints. This robe is awesome, it is comfortable and well made, The color is wonderful and it is 100% cotton. I absolutely would recommend it!

Plus and minuses

Nice heavy weight. Narrow in the hips for women. Fabric scratchy.
