Sent me an opened final sale train

Purchased this train online - it was on sale but NOT listed as a final sale AND I paid much more than that price showing on it. I expected a BRAND NEW TRAIN...See photo- it is/was opened/that part of the box is missing totally! I am totally disgusted that you thought you could send me an item in this condition. How do you expect me to gift it like this......

Love this!

I researched a lot of trains, and I really wanted to do a Disney one for my kids. This one is very nice all white. Once you get it going on the track is fine my kids try to take it off and play with it but it’s really a nice train.

Tracks are good, train is great, sounds are awesome, the train lights up! Love it for Christmas and under the tree!
