Disappointed

I just used this bag for the first time last week. I bought it at the end of June. I did not check the bag on the plane and as I was inspecting it to put away as I was unpacking, I noticed 2 holes in it. Again...this bag was not checked and I took very good care of it while on and off the plane. Macy's online was not helpful with doing an exchange since they said it was used. Yes...it was used but a bag that isn't defective doesn't have 2 holes materialized in it. The bag does have a metal frame and I'm wondering if maybe that is what might of poked through. It was used once and I wanted to get a replacement because I liked everything else about the bag except for this quality issue with the one I received. I received the bag at a great price and was hoping I could get a new one shipped at the same price and return the old one, but the Macy's customer service agent I spoke to wouldn't do that for me.

My favorite piece of luggage!

Just purchased this duffle in black. The pictures do not do this duffle justice! It's beautiful . Holds a ton without being oversized. You can carry it very fashionably if it's not too heavy or pull it if it is. The best part about it is the way it opens. IT STAYS OPEN like the picture shows. Why unpacking it's like a nice wide open box. I want one in very color. Highly recommend!!
