I like that it is not heavy and adjusts according to device that you would like paired with the headphones.

Not happy

At first the headset worked fine I was receiving my calls after a week of using the headset my callers couldn’t hear me then I couldn’t hear them. I contacted IT and IT couldn’t get the headset to work properly. I got only 1week of usage.
