Appearance is great, quality is poor

The rug is beautiful and works well in my space. I’ve had it for more than four months now, I vacuum it at least twice a week but there is fuzz and dust bunnies all over my floor within 2-3 days after vacuuming. Additionally, I have pets and it picks very easily. Very disappointed with the quality of the rug.

Thank you for your review, we apologize that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We would recommend vacuuming this rug on a bare floor setting with the beater bar off. Shedding is a common characteristic of hand tufted rugs, and in some cases a high suction vacuum may pull loose fibers left over from the shearing process. TheFineRugGalleryatMacys
